Once you have purchased Staupell RFM Tool Basic: Overall RFM Calculator for Nonprofits, you will receive an email with your tool to download.
Note: You will want to install the tool on the computer where you will use the product — you can use one license on only one machine.
Make sure to unzip the folder and then click, <Setup.exe> to download all of the programs that you need to run the add-in.
Once you have finished the installation, open up Excel and click on the Staupell Tools ribbon. You will enter your license key after clicking the <Manage License> button.
Your license key is emailed at the time of purchase.
